Do you provide your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, Lynch Cleaning Contractors provides all labor, supervision, management, equipment, cleaning supplies, and small tools necessary to perform all of the services we offer.
What is your coverage area?
Lynch Cleaning Contractors proudly provides janitorial cleaning services to all of Eastern Massachusetts, as well as one time services to all of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Please contact us for more information.
Do you charge per hour or per job?
All services offered by Lynch Cleaning Contractors are assessed on a per job basis. We offer Free Estimates on all of the services we perform. Please contact us today to schedule a consultation!
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, Lynch Cleaning Contractors does not require the execution of a long term contract. We do offer a standard one- year contract for all routine janitorial cleaning services. By signing a one year contract, it allows the customer to pay within 15 days of the date of invoicing and also reduces the cost of optional services. Either party may terminate the contract on 30 days advance written notice.
Are your employees bonded and insured?
Yes, Lynch Cleaning Contractors provides full insurance and bonding up to $5,000.00 for all employees. Certificate of Insurance available upon request.
What are your payment options?
We accept cash or check. Checks can be made payable to Lynch Cleaning Contractors.
What are your payment terms?
Payment for one-time services is to be rendered at the completion of the services. Any contracted work is invoiced by the 5th working day of the month and is due within 15 days of the invoice.
What if I am not satisfied with the services that Lynch Cleaning Contractors' provides?
With Lynch Cleaning Contractors your satisfaction is Guaranteed! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the work that we perform, call us within 24 hours and we will gladly return to remedy the problem.
Do you perform routine residential cleaning?
No, we do offer numerous one-time services to the residential market, but do not offer routine cleaning services. Please see our complete list of residential services.
Once I have decided to upgrade my cleaning services, how much notice would you require before you can start?
Lynch Cleaning Contractors will work with you to initiate cleaning services as quickly as possible, but would prefer about 1-2 weeks’ notice before starting.
Do you provide emergency services?

Can you supply our facility with paper products?
Yes, Lynch Cleaning Contractors can provides your facility with all of the expendable restroom supplies, such as toilet tissue, hand towels, hand soap, and plastic liners for trash receptacles.
